| According to the Shenyang Jinbei Kwangjin Auto System Co.,Ltd D11project window lifter production line product quality problem, and constantly customers complain, this article select typical quality case to carry on the analysis, the application of total quality management (TQM) theory and related methods and tools, more systematically on the typical cases were analyzed, according to the different problems for the development of quality improvement programs and rectification measures, basically solve the product quality of case questions, product quality has been improved signilicantly, as the future site quality problem solving accumulated practical experience. In the case of improving research foundation, this paper puts forward the system field quality improvement suggestions and measures, including total quality management concept, process design, file system is established; the application of5S on-site management methods and tools, Toyota Lean production concept put forward in the production line for adjustment and improvement suggestions; on how to realize the process of error control, improvement, evaluation and curing are conceived. At the same time to enhance the quality awareness of employees, improve job skills and put forward to strengthen quality education and training advice.Through this research, can provide the production quality case issues to resolve reference model, as well as how to enhance the company’s entire production line quality state to provide advice and solutions. Through the production of quality improvement in the practical case, combined with total quality management,5S management theory analysis, site quality management and improvement in the company has very important significance. |
