When we think about global financial capital market, as the intensifying of competition in international finance and the further development of international financial integration, especially in the last two decades, the links between banking, insurance, securities and funds are growing, even mutual penetration and integrate development become normal between them. The financial industry all over the world are developing from traditional separation of business to mixed direction. In this process, the overall pattern of the banking sector has also undergone a significant change, more obvious trends appeared. With the development of the mixed operation, the boundaries between traditional business are increasingly blurred, business integration with conglomeratization phenomenon is shown in commercial banks.This article is based on this context, makes specific research on JT bank, anglicizes the specific business model transformation path selection for JT bank in the background of global mixed operation. Compared with other banks, JT bank belongs to one of the strongest banks in China, with stronger risk control ability, it also have advantages in abtaining mixed operation license compared to other banks.This paper uses normative analysis methods and empirical research methods to analyze transition path selection for JT bank to mixed operation mode, comparative study methods is used combined with the experience on successful transformation of banking institutions, analyzes and compares the existing patterns of mixed operation banking, to seek the most suitable business model for JT bank.The first and second chapters mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research, introduces the research contents and method.The third chapter mainly studies on the choices of the management mode of JT bank in the modern financial system. Firstly, it analyzes the two basic modes from the theoretical level:separate operation mode and mixed operation mode. Secondly, from a practical point, it analyzes the recent facts of the management of the JT bank, and based on the recent facts, it comes to the conclusion that it is inevitable for JT bank to transition to the mixed operation. On the following, it compares the differences of the existing banking patterns, and studies form the insurance, securities and funds in bank. Finally, according to the recent facts, it concludes that the financial holding group is a prerequisite for JT banks, and gives a detailed explanation of the steps of JT bank in transition to mixed operation mode.Chapter four discusses the marketing development and innovation of the JT bank’s transition to the financial holding group in traditional business, intermediate business, finance, investment, trade financing, electronic bank, and other new banking forms.
