As a result, it becomes the global tendency.Thus, after WTO entry, it is impossible for China to stay away from the world financial trend. This essay begins with an analysis on developing trend and operational model of the world banks. After studying and analyzing the mixed operations of Chinese commercial banks, the author further puts forward the mixed operation model which is suitable for current situations, further more clarify the final target model which will be adopted by Chinese banks in future.This paper insists that legislation of the specialized operation will not change in Chinese banking industry in short time. In this case, the inner comprehensive manage model will be the best choice for Chinese commercial banks to bypass the legislation. Yet, bank group model will be the final target model for Chinese banks' mixed operation for sake of high efficiency and low risks.
