On November 4, 1999, USA joins numerous two yards having passed "serving modernizing final proposed law". With the month, on 12th President Clinton has signed this proposed law. That aiming at being a proposed law's turn to have canceled 1930's Great Depression period appearing personally restricts the law that the commercial bank , security company and turbid job of insurance company manage, has made the USA finance job stride into a brand-new times. It also symbolized the start of new era of mixed operation worldwide. Under the market forces, the main western countries such as British Japan and Canada, have generally established financial system of mixed operations instead of specialized operations. In that case, more and more financial supermarkets appear while Commercial bank mixing with investment bank. As a result, it becomes the global tendency.Thus, after WTO entry, it is impossible for China to stay away from the world financial trend. This essay begins with an analysis on developing trend and operational model of the world banks. After studying and analyzing the mixed operations of Chinese commercial banks, the author further puts forward the mixed operation model which is suitable for current situations, further more clarify the final target model which will be adopted by Chinese banks in future.This paper insists that legislation of the specialized operation will not change in Chinese banking industry in short time. In this case, the inner comprehensive manage model will be the best choice for Chinese commercial banks to bypass the legislation. Yet, bank group model will be the final target model for Chinese banks' mixed operation for sake of high efficiency and low risks.
