Software outsourcing is a part of the modern service industry. With the rapid development of the information technology industry, software outsourcing has become a very important industry.2008global financial crisis have brought to all businesses of varying degrees of difficulty, Company A as a typical software outsourcing enterprises have encountered a great deal of crisis. In this process, human resource management is not in place the ills fully reflected. In this thesis, a thorough study the theories Theory Z on the basis of the field of human resource management is important to provide a practical solution to solve the plight of Company A.The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the features of the software outsourcing industry, The background of Company A and the problems encountered in the course of business; The second chapter introduces the classical theory of human resource management, focusing on theory and research achievements of Z; The third chapter is a detailed description of the enterprise organizational structure, personnel status and human resource management systems; a point to understand the important issues faced by enterprises and challenges that after the financial crisis in2008and the high employee turnover rate; The forth chapters privodes a human resource management system reform proposals for Company A. Through interviews with former employees to analyze the reasons for staff leaving, pointing out that the focus and direction of reform. Then on the basis of Z theory put forward on the A company’s human resources management reform program design, it is the implementation of long-term employment system to improve staffs sense of security and belonging; appraisal and promotion system in the long term based on the theory, practical effective implementation of the dual-channel a business promotion system; through enhanced training to enhance staff abilities in various; through strengthen corporate culture and communication to close business relationship between people, between the executives and frontline employees. The fifth chapter is about the implementation of the new human resources management system proposal; sixth chapter is a summary and outlook.
