A Software Outsourcing Company is a shared service center set up by headquarters based in USA in2004. The main business is to provide the wide range of technical support and services for global customers. In recent years the competition of software companies becomes fierce and fierce, all take action to improve profit and cut down cost. While the existing and development of business process outsourcing industry no doubt is helpful to lower down management and operation cost. Along with mature and development of domestic business process outsourcing industry, the work scope has changing from low end technique and system operation to high end core technique and important business. Under this circumstances, will request more and more software talents, after all technique and talent is a key point to take over new project and transition. Competition of talent among each software companies never stops actually, how to attract and retain talent is one of the most important topics for every company.On the other hand, company is facing the issue of decline of employee satisfaction and loyalty rate, staff turnover and demission rate is high. It not only restricts the stable and development of enterprise, also effects the long-term development of company. Hence how to improve employee satisfaction rate, increase staff working enthusiasm and loyalty, decrease staff turnover rate is one of most important aspect company is facing, Which is also critical to make sure the company keep strong competitive competency in the IT industry.Based on study of staff turnover relating theory, and collaborate the actual human resources situation of A Software outsourcing company, to propose the solution for staff turnover.
