| With the development of Chinese industrial economy,enterprise’s productionmanagement system with the core of project management has more and more embodiedin modern enterprise management activities and it is constantly used and fully affirmed.Project’s cost management is a project team in the pursuit of value maximization。China has been engaged in the laboratory research of PSA mixed gas separationsince end of1960s and successfully realized the industrialization.in1981. The PSAtechnologies scope has been extened to nine fields, including PSA-CO, PSA-CO2,PSA-CO2removal from shifting gas, NG purification and so on from the initial H2preparation, with the purity of99.999%, from ammonia purge gas. CO is one of mostimportant raw materials for carbonylation synthesis. It comes from various mixed gascontaining CO. It is widely used in the chemical production, such as phosgene, formicacid, oxalic acid, acetic anhydride, propionic acid, acrylic ester, carboxylic acid ester,DMFã€TDI. In addition, it is necessary to removal of very small amounts of CO in themixed gas in ammonia industry in order to prevent the disturb of side-reaction. With thedevelopement of industry, the requirements of CO separation technology has beenincreasly intensified, therefore it is urgent to efficiently and economically improve thePSA-CO technology. It is not only A company self-owned R&D technologiesindustrialization requirements but also the demand of markets to develop CO adsorbentsvessel. This paper studies A company CO adsorbents project and discusses the COadsorbents project’s cost management and control for the purpose of high efficiency andsave, besides, furthurly advance A company’s adsorbents competition strength in themarket and bring along the whole industry of normal adsorbents, engineering design,valves, auto-control, thereby greatly enhance the company’s profits.Chapter One discusses various factors that influencing the project’s costmanagement and path analysis on the basis of the studies of foreign project’s costmanagements theory and methods. Based on that, it puts forwards the advantages anddisadvantages of domestic projects management. Chapter Two and Three discusses thebasic principles and main contents of project’s cost managements. Chapter Fouranalyzes the project’s costs components and costs control measurements. Chapter Five analyzes A Company CO adsorbents project’s cost contents, influencing factors andemphasizes this project’s cost control measurements. It gives some practicable adviceand opinions, especially the application of project’s cost control method, whichestablishes certain professional foundation for the future project cost effective control.The research of this paper shows that CO adsorbents project has achieved theanticipant goal that manufacturing good-quality products. But, it is essential to makefurthur improvement due to the process problem at the stage of pilot production. Thus,this project has not yet been completed and we will proceed the study in the future. |
