The Research On Marketing Projectized Management Mode Of CTYS, PSA Technology

Pressure Swing Adsorption（hereinafter referred to as “PSA”）technology is a kindof gas separation technology. CTYC has been firstly engaged in the research anddevelopment of PSA technology since1970s in China, and built up No.1PSA-H2plantin Shanghai Wusong Fertilizer Factory in1980s which represents the successful runningof PSA plant with self-owned intellectual property. Through thirty years development,China’s PSA technology has made great progress.The PSA marketing modes are varying as the market grows and improvescontinuously. The market has been transformed from the seller’s market at initial tobuyer’s market, moreover, the market competition is intensifying. As the PSAtechnology’s leader and pioneer, CTYC has to face the competition from the domesticsmall-sized and middle-sized enterprises and world’s famous enterprises as well. Themarketing modes therefore shall keep pace with the times.It is a revolutionary new marketing way that adopts the project managementmethod to organize the enterprise’s marketing activities. It realizes the rationalallocation of enterprise’s resources and improves the business efficiency by wholeproject management process that is to break down the marketing tasks, manage themarketing process by professional project management approach, resort to theories ofproject service life and control the process of organization, planning, execution, andimplementation.On the basis of the analysis of enterprise projectized management’s trend andproject management methods’ advantages, this paper researches CTYC’s currentmarketing management status and existing problems. It uses the project managementmethods and combines with the theory of project service cycle to analyze the marketingactivities and modes of PSA-H2purification technology、 PSA-C2H4recoverytechnology in the petrochemical industry. Through the study of the PSA marketing goal,project organization structure, project plan implementation, project close-out and so on,it explores a projectized management process of marketing activities that is suitable forCTYC’ PSA technology applied in particular industry or item. CTYC enterprise’s marketing activities therefore become more systemic and scientific.
