With the development of the world to accelerate the pace of economic integration,international and domestic insurance industry has become increasingly active,competition of domestic and foreign insurance companies in China’s insurance industryhas become increasingly fierce. As insurance is a special commodity, the contributingfactors of insurance sales success often very complex, internal and external conditionslead to changing customer also very much, in order to improve the insurance sales andcustomer service quality, especially the insurance industry VIP customer service benefit,communication management is particularly important. How to improve thecommunication service in the insurance industry VIP customer project strategies andskills, to achieve mutual insurance companies and insurance customer’s benefit is themain purpose of this paper management material ZH insurance VIP customer serviceproject communication.Research the first expounds the background and significance of studies, combinedwith the domestic and foreign research present situation and puts forward the ideas andmethods in this paper; then according to the writing of research through a large numberof literature and theory analyzing relevant theories of insurance project communicationmanagement are summarized; and then complemented I have engaged in insurance asan example, based on the basic situation of the insurance company ZH VIP customerservice projects, the current service project communication management of ZHinsurance company VIP customer analysis, found the basic management target deviation,customer communication management exists in the communication management in thepast on the lack of an effective communication strategy, system manage customer andother issues need to be improved on the analysis of the factors affecting ZH insuranceVIP customer service project communication management, provide an importantreference for the implementation of the ZH insurance VIP customer service projectcommunication management solutions; Finally, this paper is based on the ZH insuranceVIP customer service project communication management objectives and principles, the project life cycle theory service for ZH insurance VIP customer project pre-sale, sale,after sale of communication management phases of the proposed solutions, andestablish and improve the ZH insurance VIP customer project communicationmanagement security system.Writing the research in the paper is based on the project communicationmanagement in the insurance industry customer service practice in the project, throughthe various stages of insurance service of VIP customer project communication, help theinsurance industry VIP customer service communication theory and the method ofimproving of the insurance industry, especially has the important guiding significanceand practical significance of ZH insurance VIP customer service, communicationmanagement.
