The MSS System Of Inner Mongolia Telecom Company Was Implemented

CTC(China Telecommunications Corporation)is one of large state-owned telecommunications operator,for the reasons of enterprise transformation and accurate management,it is very important to the enterprise informatization construction and promotion.According to the CTG-MBOSS specification,Inner Mongolia telecom branch of CTC start the construction of MSS subsystem to promote it's management level under the guide of Beifang Telecom Branch.The MSS of CTC presents the core idea in CTC information process.Inner Mongolia Telecom Company now using SAP R3 software to realize MSS system,it include of financial management module,engineering management module,human resources management module,BW statements module and enterprise portal.The main contents of this paper is analysis of background for implementing of MSS in Inner Mongolia telecom company based in SAP system construction,from scheme,implementation and process to describ the target,significance and necessity of MSS system,in the further to introduce effect after applied.This paper attempts to theory and project practice of Inner Mongolia telecom company,Focus on theoretical perspective of CTC MBOSS structure,gives a brief of the concept and development of ERP and SAP,introduce to the main module of SAP system in Inner Mongolia Telecom Company.Analyzing the effects and problems encountered in the process after the implementation of the project,to provides the theory basis for implementing ERP system,practical experience and advice for other telecom companies.
