Abstract: Knowledge workers who play an important role in all types of enterpriseshave become a strategic element to measure whether a company has a competitiveadvantage. With the current problems in the energy, knowledge workers in nuclearfuel enterprise seem more important. As a special type of enterprises today, nuclearfuel enterprises has a large number of knowledge workers coupled with the specialnature, the economic contract and its implied extrinsic motivation is difficult tostimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the knowledge-based member to a desirableresults. In this case, the study of the psychological contract may become abreakthrough in the incentives and management methods of the knowledge workers. Ithas a practical importance for today’s nuclear fuel enterprises to study the nuclear fuelenterprise knowledge workers incentives on the basis of Psychological contracttheory.This paper mainly studies the incentive problems of the nuclear fuel enterpriseknowledge workers from the perspective of the psychological contract theory.Combining the concept, features, content and structure of psychological contracttheory, as well as the concept, features, requirements analysis and incentive theory ofthe nuclear fuel enterprise knowledge-based employees, this paper qualitativelyanalyses the relationship between the psychological contract and nuclear fuelenterprise knowledge workers incentives. Then carry out an empirical research to themotivating factor of the nuclear fuel enterprise knowledge worker. First, design thequestionnaire, then issue and recycle the questionnaires, finally analyze the recycleddata with the software of SPSS and AMOS, including descriptive statistics analysisand factor analysis. Then draw and verify the content of the psychological contract fornuclear fuel enterprise knowledge workers through the exploratory factor analysis andconfirmatory factor analysis. Then make an incentive design of the nuclear fuelenterprise knowledge workers from the analysis of psychological contract andpropose appropriate incentive measures as well. The results of this study have certain significance for the management of the human resources in nuclear fuel companies.It’s also supposed to make a contribution to improving the work enthusiasm of thenuclear fuel enterprise knowledge workers.
