With the increasing progress of knowledge economy in current society, the upgrading rate of science and technology in information industry enhances heavily. Under the fierce market competition environment, small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises’ survival and development will have to rely on their technology and product innovation improvement ability. However, whether this goal can be achieved depends on if the enterprise has a strong quality, innovative technology, high efficiency of knowledge worker team. For managers in enterprises, how to better motivate knowledge workers, satisfy their inner demand, arouse their working enthusiasm and initiative maximally to increase output efficiency, has become the key to the enterprise to maintain and enhance the core competitiveness.Bur due to the knowledge workers have a strong sense of independence, great attachment to self value realization, it has been more and more difficult for enterprise to only use a paper of the employment contract to retain and motivate knowledge workers. Under that circumstance, therefore the enterprise uses psychological contract as an informal, implicit contracts to make knowledge workers agree with enterprise’s development goals, build up mutual trust and commitment, mutually beneficial relations so as to realize the knowledge workers’ management and motivation from knowledge workers psychological expectations.According to the incentive and psychological contract theory as the theoretical basis, this paper uses questionnaire survey and interviews to analyze the current situation on knowledge workers’ incentive mechanisms of H enterprise to find out the main problem and cause in depth. Finally, in order to solve the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of H enterprise, this paper reshapes to H company on the basis of psychological contract model of incentive mechanism, from the specification, developmental incentives and interpersonal strategy respectively to provide improvement suggestions and countermeasures for incentive system.
