In recent years, the various forces of the home improvement market in China toparticipate in the competitive situation, and becoming more competitive, pluralisticsituation, the home improvement industry is in a period of growing homeimprovement industry show new trends. For these new trends, we must be studied,especially for small home improvement business, must be made in the marketing ofthe home improvement industry, some studies, small home improvement business toachieve some competitive advantage.First, this article based on the study of the operation status and developmenttrend of the home improvement industry, by analyzing the trend and direction of thefuture development of the current development of China’s home improvementindustry and the home improvement industry, expectations combined with the specificcircumstances of Shicheng County home improvement market, to explore thedevelopment of the home improvement business in Shicheng County road. Thedevelopment of a second and third tier cities in the home improvement industry hasbecome more sophisticated, the pressure of competition, and county-level market isbasically still in the growth stage, the development of the industry is not verystandardized, state of the opportunities and challenges.
