JSJN is the professional equipment provider of communication subsystem of building intellectualization subdivision field,and it is also one of the earliest batch commercialization enterprises in which the domestic real estate supporting information accesses products,as well as one of domestic enterprises introducing foreign Smart Home products earlier.The company has established long-term cooperative relations with 70%of the domestic top 50 real estate enterprises,ranks first in market share in the high-and-mid-end real estate market of Eastern China,and it has also accumulated strong strength in product development and customer resources,but the company has not yet formed advantages in its scale.The rapid development of Chinese real estate and Chinese people's gradually high pursuit of living quality have boosted a new industry--building intellectualization.During the subprime crisis in 2008,IBM proposed the concept of Internet of Things of "Smart Earth" for the first time.The Chinese government attaches great importance to this,thus the Ministry of Information Industry leads in formulating intelligent power,Smart Home and over ten national planning projects,and in the meanwhile,it also lists the development of Internet of Things and smart power grids in Jiangsu as the national strategic industries.To enhance the high-end image and display selling points,developers constantly compete to use it.The small and medium-sized enterprises like JSJN have ushered in excellent opportunities and have broad prospects for development.At the same time,the fast rising prices result in that the speculative purchase of houses far exceeds the rigid demand of self-occupation,and the real estate has not fully returned to the residential concept centered on comfortable residence,and its strong stimulating effect still focuses on the reinforced concrete and other traditional industries,but it has only weak pulling effect for new informatization,energy saving and other new technology,so Smart Home has not yet formed a large-scale industry,which brings certain challenges to such enterprises.JSJN is located in the air outlet,so it must seize the strategic opportunity of this development.What is worthy of study is how to formulate the company's strategic planning,and transfer from the enterprise's brand advantages to scale advantages.This study first carries on research on the main analysis tools for enterprise competition strategies,and proceeding from the reality,it takes advantage of the pest analysis method,as well as Michael Porter's Five Forces Model for the analysis of the company's external environment,and concludes the opportunities and threats facing the enterprise.Furthermore,it finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the company by analyzing and evaluating key elements of the company's internal resources.Then,it determines the company's specific enterprise strategy through SWOT analysis matrix and combined with the company's overall objectives.Finally,the paper summarizes the specific measures and methods in the implementation of the company's strategyThis study plays a certain referential role for the real estate development to truly pull the development of technology entity industry and strategic emerging industry Smart Home,as well as the reform and development strategy of small and medium-sized science and technology entity enterprises in the period of economic transformation.
