Research On The Development Of Farmers’Professional Cooperatives In Shanggao County,Jiangxi Province

In recent years, people in Shanggao County establishes and develops the farmers’ professional cooperatives actively, it presents its own features. The agency plays an important role in promoting new technology application in agriculture and adjusting industrial structure and developing of leading enterprise and income of farmers. But at the same time, it also exposes some problems.The paper analyses the relationship between the farmers’ professional cooperatives and the construction of new socialist countryside on the base of the research of the development of the farmers’ professional cooperatives. At the same time, we draw on the experience of the farmers’ professional cooperatives at home and board and take survey of the farmers’ professional cooperatives in shanggao county. The author analyses and discusses three examples, such as high professional breeding cooperatives, farmers flourishing plant professional cooperatives, takashi fishery cooperatives. At last the author puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of the farmers’ professional cooperatives in shanggao county:on the one hand to strengthen the management and improve the construction of cooperatives agency of farmers, first we should standardize operating procedures; second is to standardize the democratic management system; three is to standardize the management system; four is to standardize the data parameter. On the other hand, it is to improve service cooperatives by a clear focus; first improve agricultural materials services; second, improve technical services; three is to improve acquisition services.
