In order to resolve the issue of which in agriculture, countryside and farmer, it is urgent solve the problems of agriculture business entities, small-scale production, farmers’stale ideas and low systematization rate. Farmer specialized cooperatives as mutual economic organizations, with its uniquely private, specialized and cooperative characteristics, which can not only protect the farmers’legitimate economic interests, but also can improve the organization degree of agricultural production, enhance agricultural products’market competitiveness and promote the development of modern agriculture, is an important and effective way to solve the farmer problems.The carrying out of " specialized farmers cooperatives law" on July1,2007gives Chinese farmers’cooperatives the first legal identity which makes farmer specialized cooperatives can trade with other types of economic entities in the market as one of market main bodies and carry out economic activities. Farmer specialized cooperatives has stepped into the new stage of rapid development. While farmer specialized cooperatives flourishs, the existing problems are also increasingly prominent. The development of cooperatives is constrained by many factors. Therefore, it is very necessary to eliminate the constraints in the presence of cooperatives’development and to promote its healthy and sustainable development.This thesis chooses Shanggao County’s farmer specialized cooperatives as the object of study and reviews the literature written by domestic and foreign scholars on the influencing factors of the development of farmers specialized cooperatives; By means of literature analysis and empirical research, this thesis analyzes and researches the main factors that restrict and influence the development of farmers’professional cooperatives of Shanggao County; By learning from the experience of domestic and foreign successful cases of farmers’ specialized cooperatives, it also puts forward some countermeasures such as raising awareness, expanding the scale and adhering to the road of industrial development; increasing policy support and capital support to promote the healthy development of cooperatives; constantly improving the mechanism and personnel training and establishing a modern management system; integrating resources and expanding the brand, accelerating commercialized construction process and so on, striving to provide basis for the county government decision making to promote the sustainable development of this county’s farmer specialized cooperatives.
