With the development of economic globalization and the the implementation of "open skies policy," the competitive threat that come from international air transport enterprises are getting serious, coupled with our high-speed rail impact on the civil aviation, for large airlines, improve management level, the key to reducing operating costs to enhance competitiveness. The costs associated with air material management account for a large proportion of operating costs in the airline, so to improve the level of air material management for airlines is very important. For some large airlines, along with the number of bases, fleet configurations and types of air materials accessories continue to increase, forming a space, time and flight equipment accessories matching network demand distribution on the three dimensions, so rational the layout of the Air Materiel is key to reducing the costs associated with the Air Materiel management.The turnover element as the research object, first starting from the analysis of the influence factors of air material layout, air material layout of the airline that with many bases are analyzed; then build the scattered layout model, centralized distribution model using GPSS system simulation software, in order to protect the rate and air material support costs. Based on the centralized layout, puts forward the simulation model of multi distribution center layout tentative, before constructing the simulation model, the influence of factors of air material distribution center location are analyzed, the construction of distribution center location model with the method of mathematical programming; finally with XX Airlines as an example to analyze the air material layout through the analysis of typical parts, different layout scheme results, provide decision support for Airlines Air Material layout.
