With the promotion of globalization, the competition in the chemical fertilizer field has gotten even fierce. Nowadays, there are more than1200enterprises producing chemical fertilizer, around800for nitrogen fertilizer,400for phosphorus compound fertilizer, and51for potassic fertilizer. Chemical fertilizer factory of China gradually pay attention to construction of marketing channels.Meanwhile, some of the giant enterprises aborad have started investing to build factories and deploying marketing channels.This article analyzes the current major problems concerning marketing channel encountered by the Jiangxi branch factory under Z chemical fertilizer factory, and the measures that shoule be taken for optimization. In the forst chapter, the author makes clear about the significance to choose the topic and the present research condition and ways home and abroad; The second chapter explains some relating theories of marketing and analysis about the inspiration from the practice of creating the channels; The third chapter reveals the evaluation of the enterprises and the marketing channel currently by analyzing the condition of the Jiangxi branch factory, and puts forward the major problems:vicious systematical construction of marketing channel, less management of marketing channel and so on; In the fourth chapter, the optimizing solution is expounded:taking measures to optimize the marketing channel system and management,etc. In the fifth chapter, by viewing the case of Z factory, the author discusses the means for the optimization of the marketing channels. Through the discussion on the optimization strategies of marketing channels in chemical fertilizer saling enterprises, this eaasy will not only be benefit for the promotion of the marketing and profiting competence of the chemical fertilizer saling enterprises in Jiangxi, but also provide a model for maintaining sustainable development.
