Research Burnout Application OOPP Driver In Passenger Travel

Drivers of the transport business vehicles are the important constituent of the passenger transportation market. Their job burnout not only relates to the attitude and quality of their service, but also links topeople’s life and property security. Therefore, it helps to promote the healthy development of this vocation to care for the job burnout of drivers.This research aims to provide some suggestions on the scientific and humanistic management of the transport’s control section through questionnaire survey on the transport business vehicles’ drivers in the urban of Kunming. The findings are as follows. First, it suggests that the overall job burnout of the drivers is in a high burnout condition. Second, the variables on vital statistic, like gender, marriage status, age, length of service education, Working hours,are closely related to the job burnout. Third, the Pressure on job and the job burnout is Positive correlated:the situation is more serious while have more stress; the soeial support and job burnout is negatively correlated The more supportive, the less the situation is.Finally, based on the reasons analyses, it probes the strategies of Preventing and solving this problem. Hence, the theory could be enriched and the some practical suggestion can be applied.
