As Internet technology continuous innovation and expansion of coverage,self-organization as a virtual network of informal organization has further affected group ofcollege students learning even every corner of our lives. Thus, the thesis analyses studentsnetwork organization of formed mechanism, organization mode, management way and runlaw from micro levels, and analyse motives way and acts features of students to participate innetwork organization, besides, to research students’ cognitive and acts law on networkorganization. Finally, it summarizes that how to launch network organization and the law andeffect of students participating in network organization, which leades students organizationhealth and ordered development. Thus, it has important theory meaning and practicalsignificance.First, this study applies conceptual analysis methods the concept to analyse the concept,specification, type, and characteristics of network self-organization. Then on this basis, itconducts a confirmatory factor analysis on network self-organizing cognition andparticipation behavior of college students by the survey data of college students and structureequation model. After this, by means of case analysis method, it selects three typical cases-the National People’s Congress economic BBS, warcraft guild, college students QQ groups-an respectively from the informational network organization, the organization of associativenetworks, and the organization of relational network to carry on the thorough analysis.Finally, in order to guide students to the healthy and orderly development, and to establishcollege students network self-organizations suitable for contemporary college students’psychological characteristics, online habits, and easily accepted as a starting point, it putsforward the corresponding network self-organization regulation countermeasures.The results show that the college students’ network self-organization have characteristics,such as openness, the balance centricity and complexity of features. Furthermore, collegestudents’ network self-organizing participation behavior and cognition presents the followingcharacteristics: firstly, college students have the clearer cognizance of different types ofnetwork self-organization functions, types, ability of information supply and convenience ofcommunication, the more sure college students’ behavior involved in network self-organization. Secondly, loose network environment and operation rules of networkself-organizations guide students to active and healthy self-organizing in networks. Thirdly,clear participation motivation is a driving force for students to participate in self-organizingnetworks, and network information transmission function of self-organization and commoninterests and hobbies make network self-organization an indispensable platform in the processof learn and grow of college students. In addition, in view of the different types of networkself-organizing case, it shows that informational network self-organizations, associativenetworks of self organizations, the relational network organization are different in operationmechanism, properties, functions and effects, which indicates that, different networkself-organizations should be treated differently, and formulate corresponding managementmechanism and regulation model.
