Students Participating In The Status Quo Of Chongqing Urban And Rural Cooperative Medical Insursance, Problems And Improvement Research

Along with the reform and improvement of the social medical security system in our country, in 2009, college students should be brought into the scope of cooperative medical insurance of urban and rural residents in Chongqing. This policy still running more than five years,it’s necessary for college students’ join cases to precede retrospective study. This study choose four representative of Chongqing university college students as the research object, mainly from the cognitive perspective, through the questionnaire survey to know the Chongqing college students’ join cases, willingness of participate, cognition and evaluation of policy information.. The questionnaire discovered that the rate of Chongqing college students’ join cases is not high, not all those goals are met; College students’ cognition of the urban and rural health care and the join will is not strong, College students’ medical needs have no substantive solution; more looking forward to the development of college students’ current health policy. By chi-square test and logistic regression analysis, discovering the influence factors of college students’ join cases, we found that gender, join cases way, pay level, reimbursement procedures, compensation ratio, the average medical expense level in a year, cognition of joining cases are closely related college students’ join cases. According to the survey results and influencing factors analysis, we put forward policy suggestions for improvement:To improve the publicity of targeted and strengthen the understanding of health care; To enhance the accessibility of medical supplies, health care efficiency; To improve ordinary outpatient reimbursement ratio, increase ginseng appeal; To simplify reimbursement compensation procedures, convenient students beyond the reimbursement; Government attaches to participate in, establish a multi-level multivariate medical security system; To speed up the college students’ medical insurance legal system construction.
