The corporate culture is a worldwide research project in the world, especially in Western Europe and Japan, the corporate culture is carved this new management model,corporate culture was introduced into China since the1980s, began to be major companies followed suit, by the introduction of the theory of imitation and innovation,corporate culture construction has achieved certain results, but there are still many problems, one of the most obvious problem is that the localization of the corporate culture, and the order really have local characteristics, it is necessary to summarize and generalize deep-level mining, the local values of the national culture, traditional culture.Chinese traditional culture has a long history, profound Confucianism, Confucius and Mencius as, after two thousand years long course of history, has gradually formed a unique form of management thinking, to become an important spiritual source of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,the concept of national morality, values, ways of thinking and behavior norms and even social psychological lay a deep imprint has become the dominant force in shaping the national traits.Confucian culture is the mainstream of traditional Chinese culture, its core is "benevolence" This article is focused on the grand system of Confucianism, the use of a comprehensive analysis, literature research, from the point of view of the modern enterprise management, the Confucian benevolence thought interpretation of the excavations which included management thinking, based on the Confucian concept of’benevolence" as well as the corporate culture, and bring the existing problems in the process of construction of modern enterprise, as well as the lack of "benevolence" as the starting point of the generated to analyze the cause of the problem and the reasons for the lack of "benevolence", the "benevolence" as the core of the building of enterprise culture based on its safeguards.I hope this study of domestic enterprises from the perspective of corporate culture construction to explore traditional Chinese culture, Confucianism, in order to better absorb the essence of traditional culture play a reference for role.
