The Study On The Relationships Among The Aricultural Mechanization,the Rural Land System Reforming And The Grain Output

Agriculture is the lifeline of a country. No matter how the economy development, it can’t change the agriculture as the foundation of economy. China is an industry country, and also a large agricultural nation. During the age of our nation renaissance, the agriculture development should keep pace with the times, the modern agriculture is just the thing we need. At the moment, our nation is in the best age of development in history, our economy grapples with restructuring. Now, developing agricultural modernization, reforming the rural land system deeply is important to the development of agriculture in our country. But, in the new China, the course of agricultural modernization of China is in the turns and twists to go forward. The rural land system has experienced several reforms, with the development of economy, with the progress of science and technology, with the improvement of productivity; there are more requests for agricultural production. So the problems revealed in the process of agricultural modernization are becoming more prominent, and waiting to solve.Comparing with the developed nations, the agricultural mechanization of China starts lately, and the level of the agricultural mechanization is backed ward. The agricultural mechanization is an important content of the agricultural modernization, developing the agriculture mechanization can promote the productivity and the rate of production of agriculture, as a result, the food output increases. But the agricultural mechanization extending quickly needs the rural land scale management. It is involved in China’s rural land systems. Though China’s rural land system has experienced several reforms since the new China, especially after the reform and opening, the rural land system based on the Family Joint Contract Responsibility has been established in China, it improves the farmer’s positivity to a some extent and the food output. With the development of the time, the disadvantages of the Family Joint Contract Responsibility are slowly revealed.In this paper, I mainly study the issue of the food output from two parts, the agricultural mechanization and the rural land system reforming. In this first part, I systematically introduce the connotation, characteristics, significance and theoretical basis of the agricultural mechanization and the rural land system reforming. From the essence, food output is in relation to national security and the normal life of the people. It is the material basis of economic construction and the overall building of harmonious society in our country. The second part introduces the development process of the agricultural mechanization, as a metric, we use the total power of agricultural machinery to measure the level of agricultural mechanization.we can clearly see the relationship between the level of agricultural mechanization and the food output. After that, we introduces the characteristics of land, the rural land system reforming after the new China and the development of the rural land system in nowadays. We analyze the new form of our land system reforming (the rural land transfer) in detail, and point several ways of China’s rural land transfer. Through the analysis of land and food output date, we can find the relationship between them. The third part, so thirteen major grain-growing areas for example, we analyze the date of the agriculture mechanism power, grain acreage, total foodstuff output and agricultural practitioner, build the model, and get a scientific, accurate, and reliable consequence. At last, the result will guide suggestions and policy. The fourth part, we study the agricultural mechanization and the rural land system reform in nowadays, and analysis the constraints and disadvantages in detail. Agricultural mechanization and the rural land system reform are connected; they both can influence each other, but some restraining factors, which have hampered agricultural mechanization and the rural land system reform (the rural land transfer).The fifth part, in order to speed up agricultural mechanization promotion, improve the level of agricultural mechanization,promote the transfer of rural land, and finally achieved the goal of increasing the grain output, we put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of agricultural mechanization disadvantages and the rural land system reform deficiencies.
