| Farm land assets and modernization of agriculture is an important prerequisite to solve the problem of agricultural modernization. In the process of agricultural modernization, Henan even the whole country are subjected to the constraints of the existing rural land system. Especially Henan accelerated in the current economic restructuring, the implementation of the process of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, coordinated development of the existing agricultural land system reform, the implementation of the farm land assets.The Research firstly gives a brief statement of the realization path of the agricultural modernization, the development of rural land assets, and gives a brief review of the relationship between the rural land assets and agricultural modernization;then gives a more detailed analysis to the relationship between the rural land assets and agricultural modernization; then analyse the historical changes since the reform and opening up the land assets of rural areas of Henan province? Henan Agricultural modernization, the development status, and the two correlation, and gives a brief overview on the implementation of rural land assets of the necessity and feasibility of advancing the moderniz of agriculture development in Henan. In the empirical analysis phase, make use of the10indicators of the1991-2010modernization of agriculture in our province development to indicate the level of agricultural modernization, through the farmer’s profits transfer by transferring the rural land to define the degree of rural land assets and the relationship between regression analysis, and through researching the relationship between the stationary test and causality test to arrive at conclusions consistent with the article assumes that. Another word,the level of agricultural modernization and rural land assets, the degree of showing a strong positive correlation. The development of the modernization of agriculture in Henan province, there are still huge room for growth, therefore, according to the combination of the main problems in the Henan Agricultural modernization process, we finally propose several countermeasures and suggestions to promote the province’s agricultural modernization through implementation of the rural land assets. |
