With the development of economy, China’s real estate industry is developing rapidly,the real estate industry is also increasingly fierce competition, competition from the currenttrend of the real estate industry, the competition between enterprises has simply by thefunds, resources up to the talent competition, human is an important source for enterprisesto obtain sustainable competitive advantage in the future. The competency model forhuman resource development and real estate development company provides a newperspective and effective tool, we can use this method to conduct a comprehensive andsystematic study on the staff, staff from external trait to its internal qualities ofcomprehensive evaluation, complete grasp them and post matching degree, this method isnot only good in line with the basic of modern human resources management requirements,but also to make a clear statement of competency and its composite structure model maybe required to serve as some work, so as to provide a scientific basis for the rationalallocation of human resources.Qian Hu Real Estate Company is a small and medium-sized real estate enterprises as aChongqing native, is currently the company and the current management of humanresource is not adapt to the future development of the company and employee developmentand promotion, to introduce a new method to improve the company’s human resourceslevel to help the enterprise to realize the future development, through the use of their ownengaged in human resource management in Qian Lake real es tate opportunities, access toa large number of documents, the existing situation of human resources managementcompany to carry on the investigation, found its shortcomings, proposes to construct thecompetency model in the company, at the same time, the concrete implementation providescorresponding suggestions, hope for an improvement and promotion of the company’sexisting human resource management.
