Along with the development of microcredit business in China, it is important to think much of microcredit relationship manager human resource management model. Effective human resource management model is the determinant to retain the relationship managers and improve microcredit business. Microcredit relationship manager human resource management should be the stratagem part of the finance institutions. As a result, it is important to establish a new model of human resource management in China.Nowadays, the traditional human resource management is changing, namely, from job-based human resource management. As a result, for the microcredit business better and sooner development, competency model-based human resource management is an effective way to management the microcredit relationship managers.This dissertation generalizes the theories on competence and competence models. Reviewes the research output and the newest trend on microcredit relationship manager human resource management. It analyzes the characteristics of the human resource management outside, combine the fact in our country, and applies the advanced experiences in our country. According to competency theory, it designs the microcredit relationship manager human resource management system. It points out the shortages and improves them. It is helpful to establish the model of microcredit relationship manager human resource management in China.This dissertation helps the domestic enterprises to improve the microcredit relationship manager human resource management, and to provide technique support of the relationship manager recruiting and training, as well as performance assessment, compensation management and such human resource management affairs. It also does some research on the microcredit relationship manager human resource management based on competency model, which is beneficial for other people to research it in the future.
