Management of enterprises employee satisfaction is an important component of themodern enterprise management, is that most companies measure the effectiveness ofinternal human resource management of enterprise important performance indicator.Employee satisfaction is the foundation of customer satisfaction and shareholdersatisfaction, is the assurance of enterprise ultimate consumer satisfaction, and is thecornerstone of the enterprise’s development in the future. Employee satisfaction can createcustomer satisfaction; provide a guarantee for the enterprise profits, continued survival,development and shareholder satisfaction. Through the grasp of employee satisfaction,manager can monitor the effectiveness of enterprise performance management, and timelyprediction of employee turnover. Enterprise aims at employee satisfaction, pays enoughattention to this result and takes effective measures in time. Will be able to prevent theoccurrence of brain drain in certain situations, provide reliable talent support for thedevelopment and growth of enterprises.Nowadays, with the intense competition among enterprises and change intensifies, braindrain increasing frequency, the vast majority of enterprises acutely aware, the focus of themodern enterprise competition namely the competition of talents. In order to attract andretain talents, there are some issues that the enterprise has to face, i.e. how to improveemployee satisfaction, training employees on the sense of belonging to the enterprise,enhance the centripetal force of the employees to the enterprise, and implement humanizedmanagement has become a subject that enterprises have to face. The corporatemanagement and human resource personnel attach more importance to the satisfaction ofthe employees.Research of the dissertation is based on the YC’s. Employee satisfaction survey data for thepast three years, focuses on job feedback, work background, working group, businessmanagement and business operations of employee satisfaction, analysis YC enterpriseemployee satisfaction situation, the factors affecting the enterprise employee satisfactionhas been to analysis, we found the critical factors of the situation. Make it clear; affectedemployee satisfaction critical factors are salary treatment, training, cross-department cooperation, cross-communication, etc. And the most important factor is salary treatment.Meanwhile, take advantage of related theoretical knowledge of fair theory, two factortheory, expectation theory, theory of goal setting, maslow’s hierarchy of needs theoryproposed promoting specific employee satisfaction strategic recommendations. Mainlyinvolving: implementation of the companies "15-5" enterprise development planning, toachieve good operating results, this improvement idea will be a solid foundation foremployee’ satisfaction. Base on harmonious work ethic, constantly improve thecompensation&benefit management system, reduces the dissatisfied factor of employees.Have to optimizing organizational structure and position setting of enterprise.According to integrate with practice, applying what you have learned, employees training,individualized teaching, pursuing practical results and motivate employees principles;accurate identify valid training needs, establish the training system in terms of businessstrategy orientated, focus on core requirements, all-dimensional, multi-layered, take fullconsiderations of employees self-development needs. Availably carries out rank eligibilitymanagement system, reinforcement management of employees’ promotion and career path.Consummates the evaluating employee performance system, let employees feel realfairness and justice in performance appraisal. Improve the proposition/QCC/rest assuredproject quality, sound business management, increase employee satisfaction through thework of enriched content way. Attention to employees’ interests, family and livingenvironment and work motivation, improving the quality of interviews. Improve therecruitment system, select the talent to meet the enterprise’s development requirements.Vigorously promote the business philosophy of "one for all, all for one", facilitating teambuilding, creating enterprise culture geared to the developing requirement, improveemployee satisfaction. Base on6S at work, continuous improvement employees hardwarefacility&software environment, improves employee satisfaction.This dissertation through the strategy of exploration to improve the employee satisfaction,reducing the flow of employees, gives support to promote employee performanceimprovement. Thereby it lays the foundation for attracting, utilizing and retaining the talent,ultimately successfully realizing the enterprise comprehensive goals. Hope that throughthis management strategies research and exploration on, be able to provide some help tosenior executives, in many respects: thoroughly understands of employees’ mentality, motivate employees, improve employee satisfaction, improve enterprise operation andmanagement.
