After China's entry into WTO, domestic enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition for talent. Employee satisfaction are increasingly concerned by enterprise managers,studies on this issue are become the important part of enterprise human resource management.Firstly, by use of Herzberg's TwoFactor Theory, this paper guide China Railway 14th Group Corporation to conduct a survey to determine the factors which affect employee satisfaction,and based on these determined factors in the survey, the author design a measureing scale to provide enterprises with the tools to measure employee satisfaction.Secondly, according to the survey results of China Railway 14th Group Corporation employee satisfaction, this paper analysis and evaluate employee satisfaction in many aspects,such as gender, age, education and enterprise as a whole.Through analysis and evaluation of employee satisfaction, companies can be more in-depth understanding of the mentality of employees,and can identify potential business problems,which provide the basis for the management of employee satisfaction of China Railway 14th Group Corporation.Finally, based on China Railway 14th Group Corporation analysis of employee satisfaction survey, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, from the aspects of business management, the work itself, corporate culture,remuneration and benefits and career planning, this paper propose specific strategy for China Railway 14th Group Corporation managers to improve employee satisfaction,provide operational recommendations on raising employee satisfaction levels of managers of China Railway 14th Group Corporation.The employee satisfaction survey of this paper is definite targeted,and the cprresponging countermearuses based on the suvery is practical and operability,which have a certain degree of referential significance improving staff satisfaction management of China Railway 14th Group Corporation.
