China is a big agricultural country, and it is a traditional agricultural country, even in today’shigh-speed development of science and technology, agriculture remains the foundation of thenational economy after the founding of new China. After the founding of New China, theagricultural production mode was conducted a number of revolutionary reform, promoted thedevelopment of China’s agricultural production. Agricultural reclamation organization as a specialand representative in the agricultural organization of China, also carried out fundamental reformsin the mode of agricultural production. As a representative of agricultural reclamationorganization-China Grain Reserves Corporation Northern Company (CGRC Northern Company),whose management mode of agricultural production has undergone a fundamental changed. Inorder to improve and perfect the management mode of agricultural production, promote CGRCNorthern Company ’s development, this thesis examined the management mode of agriculturalproduction of CGRC Northern Company that used reference, analytic induction, comparisontesting and interview survey method. I discovered that CGRC Northern Company performedproactive approach and used successively four different management mode of agriculturalproduction:(1) completely unified management mode of planting;(2) combines unified andseparate management mode;(3) combines separate planting of company and unite plantingmanagement mode;(4) analog shares, combines unified and separate management mode.Especially in the current management mode-“analog shares, combines unified and separatemanagement mode”, carry out “six unity” and “two separate” management mode. The “six unity”include plan, supply, cultivate, marketing and account. The “two separate” include managementand harvest. This mode distribute land area by staff ranks, analog shares by land area, and performstock management. It enhanced staff’s accountability and creativity, formed thus atmosphere thatpeoples study agricultural technology, monitoring agricultural costs and concern with production.In three years from this mode is performed, agricultural productivity has been liberated, theapplication of agricultural science and technology has been improved, staff substantial increase inrevenue, the company’s economy is constantly strengthen, showing a good momentum ofdevelopment. But there ate also some questions, for example agricultural productivity is not high,Large agricultural production risk, uneven development, etc. Finally, the thesis propose that:(1)should actively seek to implement a variety of states policies, to enhance the company’sdevelopment platform;(2) increase investment in agricultural infrastructure, and guaranteeagricultural sustainable development;(3) give play to leading role of science and technology,improve land productivity;(4) strengthening of qualified personnel, fostering modern agriculturalenterprise talent;(5) improve the agricultural insurance system, effectively resolve the agriculturalrisk;(6) relying on the central reserve, to extend the agricultural industry chain;(7) developorganic, green, non-transgenic industry, improve value-added products;(8) develop modernagriculture, to become the behalf of advanced productive forces of china agriculture.
