Interactional justice and supervisory loyalty are the important concept of human resource administration and organizational behavior, especially in the enterprise organization in China, which referring to on-subordinate relationship are highly concerned by the theorists and industries. How to enhance the loyalty of the employee’s supervisor to improve the superior-subordinate relationship and encourage employees to maximize their potential in the team working to bring the greatest benefits for the enterprise by increasing employee’s interaction sense of fairness is an urgent problem to explore and solve for Chinese enterprises administration.This article is concentrated on understanding of the basic situation of interactional justice and supervisory justice of employees of enterprises in China, discussion of relationship between employee’s interactional justice and supervisory loyalty. On the basis of related study at home and abroad, it is comparison among interactional justice and leader member exchange(LMX), supervisory loyalty and supervisory commitment. It is concluded that interactional justice is the fairness of interpersonal treatment in the process of decision implementation, and supervisory loyalty is psychological vest and action indication, is organic union of behavior and attitude,including six dimensions--"recognition to supervisors","value internalization","initiative cooperation","business assistance","absolute obeisance","sacrifice".The study is made by questionnaire which studies384staff from Jilin, Zhejiang, Hubei, Guangdong and other provinces and cities by using SPSS16.0software for factor analysis, Independent Sample T Test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study basically confirms the idea assumptions. It is concluded that the level of interactional justice of enterprises in China is upper middle and so supervisory loyalty; that interactional justice is obviously related to the supervisory loyalty for employees in China and is taken as index of forecast of supervisory justice and ability of explanation.
