Nowadays the technology are updating in such an unprecedented and complicateenvironment. Companies could survive or even have a competitive advantage only if theycould have a flexibility and adaptability life in this competitive environment. Under such ademand, just fit hopes on the managers to solve all problems seem impossible. More and morecompanies begin to realized the importance of staffs which means big significant tocompanies’ development. Expecting their employees not only complete their normal works,but also be able to contribute their wisdom. Making effective suggestions to their work and tothe companies, improve their high working effectives while maintaining the ability ofinnovative. Therefore, the research of employee’s voice behavior is been paid more and moreattention by the scholars, especially the Causes of employee voice behavior.Leaders as staff’s administrator frequently communication makes leaders becoming oneof the important factors that affect employee’s voice behavior. China, an ancient civilizationhas a history over5,000years. By the feudal culture and the influence of Confucian culture,Chinese traditional thinking way of father-son mode, making the Chinese context leaders’effect on employee’s voice behavior different form Western context. In the this thesis,employee voice behavior as the dependent variable, paternalistic leaders as the independentvariable build the framework of this study is to explore the benevolent leaders, moral leadersand authoritarian leaders of employee voice behavior.This thesis based on the Yangtze River Delta region collected237valid questionnaires.By using SPSS20.0and AMOS20.0statistical software analysis these valid questionnaireswith factor analysis, reliability testing, validity testing, regression analysis and the Moderating Effect of the hypothesis are verified.The conclusion reached as follow: Paternalistic leaders have significantly affected onemployee’s voice behavior. The benevolent leaders and moral leaders are positive related toemployee’s voice behavior. The authoritarian leadership is negatively related to employee’svoice behavior. Learning goal orientation is positive related to employee’s voice behavior. Theperformance goal orientation had no significant effect on employee voice behavior. Learninggoal orientation plays a significantly regulatory role among the paternalistic leadership andemployee’s voice behaviors. Some management implications are provided on this research.
