Voice behavior is organizational citizenship behavior, in which employees put forward opinions or ideas in order to improve the situation of enterprises or to avoid adverse direction towards the development. Voice behavior is conducive to organizational innovation, and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, so it is widely concerned. Scholars mainly focus on employee voice behavior in the individual, leadership, organization and other fields. The "Big Five" personality model is widely used in many fields, the five factors are:Extraversion? Agreeableness?Conscientiousness?Neuroticism?Openness to experience. Based on the above background, this paper mainly studies the effects of "Big Five" personality on EVB; the effects of paternalistic leadership on EVB; moderation effects of paternalistic leadership between the "Big Five" personality and EVB.This article based on a large amount of literature and related theories to establish theoretical model and research hypothesis, and combined with two research methods:questionnaire survey method, situation simulation experiment method to test the main effect and moderating effect.The measurement tool of this paper use domestic and foreign mature scales. First of all,to carry out a small scale test, after repeated correction to form the final questionnaire.And surveyed employees in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jilin and so on;scenario simulation experimental materials describe a regular meeting scene, through pre experiment and repeated amendments, forming a relatively complete materials, and ultimately did a smooth experiment choosing MBA and graduate students in our school as the study object.Finally got 320 valid questionnaires and 140 valid experimental material, and then the statistical software SPSS and Amos was used to analyze the data, including reliability test, validity test, confirmatory factor analysis, regression analysis. The empirical results show that:The "Big Five" personality has a direct impact relationship with employee voice behavior;Paternalistic leadership has significant impact on the employee voice behavior;The paternalistic leadership have different moderation effects between the "Big five" personality and employee voice behavior.
