With the rapid development of social economy, modern enterprise organizations are facing increasingly fierce market competition and complex and changeable internal and external competition, the staff in addition to labor value, the greater the value of its innovative ideas and ideas. Under the cultural background of our country, the staff is not willing to expression of their views and opinions of the phenomenon is widespread, the study found that the leadership behavior and employee voice behavior occurrence mechanism is important one annulus, so how to improve and enhance the employee voice behavior, Chinese localization of pilot study on the mechanism of the influence of the behavior patterns of voice behavior has become the focus of many researchers and management practitioners.Through the collation and analysis of literature, according to the relevant theories of management, this study explore the influence of paternalistic leadership on employee voice behavior belonging to employees sense, put forward the model and hypotheses.The amount of initial table is divided into three parts, the initial amount of paternalistic leadership and employee voice behavior scale using domestic for maturity scale, and for employees belonging sense using self-made questionnaire, through discussion with the supervisor to solicit the relevant employees to modify the initial questionnaire. A total of 508 samples were obtained from 3 different companies in the Qingyuan area. After the completion of the reliability and validity analysis, using the linear regression equation of data to complete the paternalistic leadership influence on employee voice behavior and employee ownership verification of the mediating effect.After the research, we can draw the following conclusions:(1) the paternalistic leadership kindness dimension, virtue dimension has positive effect on voice behavior, authoritarian dimension has a negative effect;(2) the paternalistic leadership kindness dimension, virtue dimension has positive effect on employees sense of belonging; Authoritarian dimension has a negative effect;(3) employees sense of belonging has a positive effect on advice behavior;(4) employees sense of belonging in a benevolent leadership dimension and virtue leadership dimension partial mediation effect, in an authoritarian leadership dimension without intermediary role.Finally, according to the above empirical results in this study, we conducted a discussion of contrast vertical and horizontal analysis with practical experience and past academic research to identify innovative findings and conclusions, in order to explore the theory of academic and practical guidance significance in this study. Meanwhile, we point out the exist inadequacies of this study and follow-up study prospects.
