Voice behavior can help enterprises to identify opportunities and risks and improve the enterprise's ability to adapt, therefore voice behavior caused wide attention in academic circles and enterprises. Scholars have conducted a series of studies on voice behavior. Behavior of leadership style on employee can have a significant impact, and the relationship between paternalistic leadership and voice behavior was rare studied. With the deepening of China's economic reform, Job Security has been gradually abandoned by Chinese enterprises, which led to the fear of losing their jobs of staff. When studying the factors of affecting job security, Scholars found that job security encourage employees to show more organizational citizenship behavior, and the relationship between voice behavior and job security is still not clear. In addition,the contingency theory of leadership pointed out that leadership effectiveness will be subject to environmental factors in organization,and suitable environment could improve leadership effectiveness.Organizational atmosphere created by job security could reflect culture of home,which is apparently matched with paternalistic leadership.Therefore, this paper discusses the effects of paternalistic leadership,job-security and interaction on employees' voice behavior, and the mediation of psychological safety, which contributes to academy and enterprises.Based on the summary and analysis of voice behavior, paternalistic leadership, job security, psychological security, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis. The data collected from the questionnaire, and the paper uses SPSS to analysis data and verify the hypotheses. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Benevolent leadership, moral leadership have significant positive effects on voice behavior. The psychological security plays a part intermediary role in the relationship of benevolent leadership and voice behavior, psychological security plays a full mediating role between moral leadership and voice behavior.(2) Job security have significant positive effects on voice behavior, psychological security plays a partial mediating effect on the relationship in the job security and voice behavior.(3)The interaction of benevolent leadership and job security,the interaction of moral leadership and job security have significant positive effects on voice behavior.This paper could provide theoretical guidance for enterprise to encourage employee voice behavior. Enterprise managers should show kindness, virtue leadership style, and care for subordinates, and show a noble character, to encourage employees to actively offer advice. In addition, managers can be active for employees to provide job security to encourage voice behaviors. At the same time,it also provides a suitable organization environment for leadership effectiveness.Enterprises also need to pay attention to the employee's psychological security by some measures, and create a safe environment for voice behaviors.
