Along with the rapid development of economy, Chengdu government is committed to continue making the Chengdu hub city in southwestern China, and plan out of the "four park four centers" as the centralized development area of Chengdu logistics. In order to encourage the development of logistics industry and support for the venture investment of logistics enterprise, the municipal government of Chengdu has set up some measures about "discount loans" and "Funding for" of modern logistics development special funds. In some aspects as land, tax, market access,The government also formulated a series of preferential policies and launched the "Chengdu people’s government decision about to speed up the reform of investment system in Chengdu","the Chengdu modern logistics development special funds management methods","Chengdu provisions to encourage foreign investment preferential policies","the implementation opinion modern logistics project of Chengdu land use policy measures", it is obvious that the government department think highly of speeding up the city’s modern logistics development. Therefore, it is an important task for the current social and economic development of Chengdu to comparatively study on the investment environment of Chengdu’s modern logistics industry and put forward suggestions on optimizing investment environment of Chengdu’s modern logistics industry. It’s of great significance for achieving regional diversity development, intensifying the constriction of regional logistics investment introduction, guiding the rapid development of regional logistics industry and promoting the growth of regional economy.At first, on the basis of domestic and overseas relevant research results, this paper studied on the regional logistics theory and the investment environment evaluation and clear about the eight major factors about the impact of logistics industry investment environment, such as natural resources and environment, infrastructure environment, macroeconomic environment, financial environment, industrial development, human resources, environment, market environment, economic policy and laws and regulations environment. Second, according to the factors affecting logistics industry investment environment and following the principle of building a comprehensive evaluation index system, constructed the investment environment evaluation index system of the logistics industry including eight level1subject indexes and20second-grade individual, and gave the related explanation. Finally, combining with the SPSS16.0data processing software the paper use the factor analysis method to evaluate and analysis the logistics industry investment environment of28provincial capital and vice provincial cities in China except Nanning and Lhasa, at the same time, the paper use SWOT analysis method to find the advantages and disadvantages in the face of opportunities and threats of Chengdu’s investment environment. Finally, Aiming at the existing problem of disadvantage, in order to contribute to the improvement of investment environment of the region’s logistics industry, this paper targeted to put forward optimization and countermeasures.
