Study On Rural Public Goods Effective Supply System Of The Main Producing Areas Of Commodity Grain

Moreover, as an example combining with the status of rural public goods supply of the main producing areas of commodity grain in Heilongjiang Province, this paper raises its existing problems at present; With externalities analysis, it sorts out the subject and object of rural public goods supply system of the main producing areas of commodity grain, includes that to the "dual structure" model of the relax assumptions, and explores the indeed deep-seated reasons of rural public goods supply system of the main producing areas of commodity grain; With establishing the time series fuzzy evaluation model, it determines the current stage of economic development of Heilongjiang province, thus gives an effective model of rural public goods supply; Through the multiple linear regression model, it witnesses that food production is the objective factors of restricting the economic development of the main producing areas of commodity grain and thus improves the rural public goods benefit compensation mechanism of the main producing areas of commodity grain.
