Research On Staff Training Of Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Company Based On Lean Management Theory

The primary task of industrial innovation development is the Structural adjustment of energ which decided in the 18th congress of the communist party of China.At present,Power generation industry are at a critical stage of transformation and development.Staff training,quality and skill is the foundation for the successful transformation of enterprises.And the lean management provides a new way to improve the level of enterprise training.This paper based on Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Company,and focuses on the application of lean management thought in enterprise training.According to the training management system of Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Company,explored the effective way of personnel training from the enterprise development strategy,and the staff training work is deeply studied.This paper mainly summarizes the current situation of staff training in Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Company,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey,individual interviews and comprehensive analysis.In the form of the questionnaire,we carry out the satisfaction survey on the staff training of Ningxia Lingwu company,and analyze the relevant data effectively according to the results of the survey,and make clear the main problems in the training of enterprises in the light of the actual situation.By analyzing the specific reasons and combining with the lean management thought,the training work of the Ningxia Lingwu company is improved from improving the training management system,the training demand,the training project,the strict control of the training process,the training evaluation and the continuous improvement of the training,so as to improve the training of the staff of the Ningxia Lingwu department.Staff skills level to achieve the goal of "strong talents".
