In recent years,H company adopted a variety of ways to assess the middle managers,such as KPI evaluation,imperfect 360 degree(such as 270 degree)performance assessment and so on.But these performance evaluations have many problems,such as examination become a mere formality,designing evaluation indicators is short of quantitative assessment index,there is phenomenon of cliques when the middle managers mutual evaluation in the end of the year etc.To provide effective reference countermeasures for promoting higher levels of overall performance of H company,driving the middle management effectively sustainable growth and carrying out the company's development strategy,take the performance appraisal reform in H company is particularly important.KPI(Key performance index)evaluation method and 360 degree performance assessment are two ways in performance appraisal which are very important and practical.The article based on organically linking KPI evaluation and 360 degree performance assessment,according to KPI evaluation and 360 degree performance assessment their own characteristics and special skill,analysis of the limitations in the process of operation,it can found a certain deficiencies especially when using the two performance evaluation tool alone.By combing the enterprise culture and strategic objectives of H company,analyzing of problems of the middle managers performance evaluation in H company,put forward prevention plan and advice for comprehensive utilization of KPI evaluation method and 360 degree performance assessment,and then promote higher levels of overall performance of H company.The innovation of the article mainly contains:The first,setting and building system of KPI.The second,choosing the subject and the weight of 360 degree performance assessment.Last,combining KPI evaluation and 360 degree performance assessment effectively.Hope to provide references to other state-owned enterprises when carrying out the performance appraisal in middle managers,eventually improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise.
