The Research For Qingdao Airport Economy Development Model And Governmental Functions

With the rapid development of globalization as well as the trend of producing the goods with high extra value, small-size and high time cost enhance continuously, it brings along the aviation industry which attach great importance to the population, logistics, information transportation and time cost gets mushroom development. For example, the ICAO announced that the total operational income airlines of190member states up to452.4billions USdollors,40%of the total world trade value, up4%of the global airlines transportation capacity,76%of guest rate, the quantity of the passengers raised5%as well as up to2.13billion person-trips. With the increasing role of airport zone in driving the development of the vicinity economy of the airport, it promoted to the appearance of airport economy and gradually caught attention from the academic community, the governments and enterprises. The Airport economy is a new type economy form depending on the good airport geological location which plays a good regulation and increasing role for the industry structure, employment structure, resources distribution and economy development around the airport zone by agglomerating the resources of the human power, information, technology and capital etc. on the base of developing the aviation directional industry such as the airplanes repair and maintenance, aviation food processing, aviation supply and the specialized service for passengers in the construction of the airport. It became "the5th wave" since the transportation by sea, boat, railroad and highway as well as promoted the world economy reformation once again!As a new economy mode, the airport economy had a far-reaching impact on the reginal economy and people’s life style. It has important significance in theory and practice to research the development path and operational mode of airport economy further step, the government play an active and role at the airport economy development as well as how to put in place some better airport economy development related policies.This article on the structure is divided into six chapters. Firstly this article researches on related theory about the airport economy development model as well as use the airport industry zone development models and governmental functions both at home and abroad for reference with the focus on analysing the development and present state of Qingdao airport economy zone. Combinating with the basis of analysing the Qingdao airport economy development environment, the advantages&disadvantages and opportunity and challenge from different angles, I explored the development model and governmental functions of Qingdao airport economy zone in depth and propound the airport economy development model of "Airport City" in Qingdao. Combinating with the airport economy zone development aim and industry development aim, I also researched for the governmental functions relevant to airport economy which make sure the model of "Airport City" would gradual be finished.
