| Food quality has been one of the top issues in recent years. Consumers attach great importance to the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products. Consumption of fresh, safe and high-quality fresh agricultural products has gradually become a trend. Top priority should be given to the improvement of fresh supply chain quality in China, of which the core mission is to identify fresh agricultural products supply chain risks and keep them under control.Based on the analysis of fresh agricultural products supply chain and comprehensive understanding of its composition, the thesis carries out risk identification and classification of fresh agricultural products supply chain through documentary research. Fresh agricultural products supply chain risks consist of eight factors, including information risk, credit risk, logistics risk, natural factors, governmental influence, suppliers of raw materials, agricultural producers and agricultural products dealers. By deploying hierarchical analysis, the thesis also carries out risk assessment on fresh agricultural products supply chain. A conclusion has been drawn that the sequence of impact of various risk factors on the supply chain of fresh agricultural products is:logistics risk, information risk, agricultural producers and suppliers of raw materials, agricultural products processing enterprises, credit risk, governmental influence, agricultural products dealers and natural factors. By studying such cases on direct link between farmers and supermarkets and chain restaurants, and by comparing its result with that of hierarchical analysis, this thesis explores possible solutions to reduce fresh agricultural products supply chain risks, and develop their ability to resist risks, so as to improve the construction of fresh agricultural products supply chain. |
