The Research On Supply Chain Risk Assessment And Control Of Agricultural Products In Liaoyang Area

Being the human necessities, the efficiency and security of the agriculturalproducts is quite important. Under the current circumstances of market economy, it’shighly concerned about the ideas of the Supply Chain. It’s no longer the competitionbetween the companies, but between the supply chains. The management of thesupply chain not only brings companies with profit and competition, but also newrisks. It’s quite an issue of how to recognize and evaluate these risks. As the naturalqualities of rotting tendency and widespread of producing, it’s more risky ofagricultural products supply chain than the common chains. How to evaluate andcontrol the risks effectively is to be solved faced by the researchers.This article evaluates the risks of agricultural product’s supply chain based on thetheory of the Supply Chain Risks Management, which is depended on the currentcircumstances and characters of the agricultural product’s supply chain.In the first place, we study the causes by tracing the sources of the risks ofagricultural product’s supply chain, and recognize the risks of both visible andinvisible according to the methods of supply chain risk evaluation, then divide theindexes of the risks and found the index series of the evaluation of the risks of theagricultural product’s supply chain.In the second, we invite the experts in the Liaoyang Area to score these items,and then we use the method of Fuzzy network evaluation to build the structure ofinfluence proportion between the second-graded index and whole supply chain of theagricultural products. After that, we definite the risk tendency of the supply chain ofthe agricultural products, and make the comprehensive evaluation.At last, we build the strategy of the risk controlling.
