Research Into Mechanism Of Logistics Financial Innovations Based On Industry Chain

As a composite industry assembling the interflow of goods and materials、 information and capital,logistics has been the important factor of the economy as the globalization. However, traditional logistics is now restricted by industry、 season and area.One hand, logistics company can not supply comprehensive service integrating logistics and finance for more customs,especially the medium-sized and small enterprises who have poor financing ability, on the other hand, the low turnover rate of funds and unbalance in logistics resource allocation has restricted the develop of logistics company. Nowadays,"third party logistics" is participating in traditional logistics widely, in which finance supply strong financial security, extends the logistics’industry chain and spreads the scope where logistics partaking in economy. Finance combines logistics and finance, promotes logistics diversification and hastens the new industry logistics finance which depending on logistics.The logistics finance is mainly studied combined with industry chain in the paper. We analyse the interaction mechanism between logistics and industry chain, and the haracteristics of activities and the development law under the life cycle and structure type of the logistics industry chain, by which the logistics finance will be study in the paper. Then, combine to the role of logistics in different stage and structure mode of industry chain,the paper analyses the requirement of logistics product and service,conclude the characteristics of logistics finance requirements,which provides innovative ideas and directions for logistics finance innovation under the guidance of the logistics finance, thereby design the methods of organization、institutions、product、service and risk prevention in logistics finance innovation.
