The Risk Analysis And Prevention Research Of New Energy Project Loan Of CDB Ningxia Branch

In January2007, it was decided in the National Financial Work Conference that China Development Bank, as the pioneer, would implement commercial reform. In early2008, the reform program was approved by the State Council. On December16th2008, China Development Bank Co., Ltd. was officially established in Beijing, marking its new stage of reform and development. The internal and external environment has changed tremendously,With the commercialization of CDB, Ningxia branch has supported the regional new energy project effectively based on the construction of key electronic project and the country’s development. As a result, its market share grows year by year.This paper mainly presents the current situation, mainly problems and the external environmental changes of new energy industry by using theories related to loan risk assessment. Meaningful suggestions about the risk prevention are proposed. It is expected these suggestions will be of great use in improving the bank’s competitiveness and help it to serve the national and regional economic development more effectively.
