And for the operation and management of thehouse property issues, whether in government or academic theorists, are rareexperience to follow.Houses with Limited Property Rights as a useful complement of affordablehousing, if they can establish an independent and effective management system tomake the legalization, not only unified urban and rural real estate market, to avoid"dual" long-term market fragmentation, but also to ensure that low-income residentsin the city housing problems, increasing government supply of affordable housing, tosolve the contradiction between supply and demand of affordable housing, is of greatsignificance. This article aims to actively analyze the characteristics of the reality ofthe current small property rights and affordable housing, creative small houseproperty into affordable housing to legitimize them, and explore the specificcircumstances of a suitable property room conversion for the protection of the path ofthe housing.Through analysis, elaboration, assumptions, this paper hopes to provideappropriate theoretical mechanisms for the perfect houses with Limited PropertyRights into affordable housing, also to provide the appropriate way to supportpractical contradictions to alleviate the current proliferation of small property right inChina and a shortage of affordable housing.
