Social development after entering in twenty-first Century, to start real estate,until recent years, with the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, becausethe cabinet industry is the real estate industry an important correlation with otherindustries, the development of the kitchen cabinet industry is very fast. Kitchencabinets enterprises are now in development at the same time because industrycompetition is intense, buyers become more rational consumption and the spread ofthe global financial crisis and more attention and focus on the market, and morepromotion of, enterprise management innovation, marketing innovation。In2008, the global economic and financial crisis, exacerbated the industrycompetition, and thus affect the cupboard market of raw materials undergoingprofound changes, the procurement activities tend to be complicated, changeabledirection, hutch ark enterprise itself to the procurement management requirementsalso gradually high, procurement management will play a more and more importantleverage in today’s market environment. GM company is the industry’s leadingenterprises, the traditional purchase mode has been in use, is facing the greatchallenge of market environment, the urgent need for change and innovation, andfollow the "customer first" philosophy, in order to improve work efficiency, reducethe purchase risk, enhance corporate profits, to achieve business goals the。In this paper, first of all enterprises to GM company’s history, organizationalstructure, product survey, type of business, the development situation of one one wereintroduced, and then the development status of domestic kitchen cabinet industry areoutlined. Then the audit management of GM company’s existing supplier developmentorganization form, the daily procurement management activities and suppliers aredescribed, for the existence of the problem are explored in depth. At the same time,but also on the purchasing management problems caused by information asymmetryof purchasing management in enterprise and are analyzed. Finally, according to thedifferent problems in purchasing management of GM Company put forward a seriesof solutions and corresponding measures.
