Effect Evaluation Of Natural Forest Protection Project Of The City Of Xinzhou Based On The Change Of Forest Resources

In this paper, before and after the implementation of natural forest protection project in Xinzhou city two times (2000,2005) forest inventory data as the basis, analyze the changes before and after the change of quantity and quality of forest resources of Xinzhou natural forest protection project implementation, and the natural forest protection project stage effects. Evaluation. The results show that, in2000,2005two survey period, forest area increased by58000hm2, growing stock increased by271300m3, including arbor forest area mcreased by12100hm2, arbor forest accumulation was increased by200200m3;14100hm2net increase in forest area, forest coverage rate increased by0.6percentage points, afforestation rate increased by1.2percentage points, natural forest resources area of growth slowdown, artificial forest resources presents the area and volume of double growth trend; in the forest quality, volume per unit area, volume decreased slightly, the average canopy density increased. In view of the existing problems and achievements, puts forward corresponding suggestions, for the Xinzhou forestry production and management and the next step of natural forest protection project, provides the theoretical support and decision-making basis.
