Research On Improving Incentive Mechanism Of Construction Project

The success of construction engineering project depends on the establishment and effective implementation of incentive mechanism. According to the need of construction engineering project personnel, there is important practical significance to research and analysis of corresponding incentive mechanism. Based on Yunnan "construction of Metro" project as an example, This paper discussed the construction of the incentive mechanism in construction engineering project with multiple perspectives, and established and perfected a set of incentive mechanism which was suitable for the development of enterprises, to cope with increased competition in the construction market, and to realize win-win situation of the enterprise social benefits and economic benefits.Combined with the actual situation of Yunnan "construction of Metro"project, the paper analyzes the role and significance of incentive mechanism and the influence on construction engineering projects, and apply the content model, process model and integrated types of incentive theory, discusses "construction of Metro" project incentive problems, design the incentive mechanism of "construction of Metro" project from material incentive, spiritual incentive and performance evaluation aspects. Paper presents a simulated stock, project indicators, two kinds of material incentives, set goals and examples, to cultivate emotion, providing training, design the corresponding performance appraisal agencies and job responsibilities.
