| Based on the needs of the efficient,intensive and sustainable development of the land,the articledraws lessons from the construction of the use evaluation of land by forefathers,to analysis the structureand efficiency of the land used in Yining City. With the method of AHP（AHP）,constructed theefficiency evaluation index system in using land from the areas of economic benefits,socialbenefits,ecological benefits,which includes economic benefits per capita two or three industrialoutput,output value of the two or three industry,are all fixed assets investment,to all finance income,totalretail sales of consumer goods in all5index factor,social benefits,including the rate of urbanizationconstruction land per capita, per million people have the number of health institutions,are two or threeindustry employment5indicators factor,ecological benefits including public green area percapita,built-up area green coverage rate and the sewage treatment rate of3indicators factor.Through the analysis,draw the following conclusions:（1）2002–2009,Yining city construction land use economic benefit and ecological benefitshows ascendant trend apparently,and the social benefit is on a downward trend.（2） From the lateral view,in2002and2004,Yining city construction land social benefits aregreater than the economic benefit and ecological benefit;2006,2008and2009the construction land useecological benefit taller,economic benefits and social benefits are greater than.（3）2002–2009,Yining city construction land use coordination degree the overall upwardtrend,in2002the land for construction of the harmonious degree of0.14,reaching a nadir,performance isextremely not harmonious. In2008the coordination degree is0.73,achieved the highest point,a relativelyharmonious.Finally,the levy on the evaluation results,several suggestions are put forward,in order to achieve theconstruction land intensive,efficient,and provide scientific reference for sustainable utilization. |
