Study On Efficiency Evaluation Of Suburb County (City) Construction Land Use In Chengdu

In the period of rapid growth of urbanization, industrialization of our country, the contradiction between the development of regional economy and resource scarcity has become increasingly acute. Social demand for land use of space and land output is increasing, all kinds of land area is increasing, reserve land resources available for exploitation and utilization in dwindling. Land as a non-renewable scarce resource, the use of process is a complex system of multiple inputs multiple outputs. How effective investment and configuration of various kinds of factors of production, is the key to improve land use to expand the land output level, enhance land use efficiency.The research is based on the study on land use efficiency at home and abroad for reference, On the land use and land use efficiency defining the relevant concepts, and using the system theory, location theory, land diminishing returns and land resource scarcity theory as the theoretical basis, treat the suburban counties (city) in Chengdu as the research object, established the evaluation index system of fitting the characteristics of the study area, The use of data envelopment model which is a measure of a multi input and output system, output performance measurement method, From the comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency and the angle of projection analysis of the suburban counties (city) in Chengdu level of efficiency of land use. Conclusions as the following:(1) the suburban counties (city) land benefit level is good, as the second economic circle area acceptor radiate influence, the comprehensive land use efficiency is higher than the level of the third economic circle area, city scale of development is relatively backward, outer suburb district land use efficiency digging is potential. (2) Affected by the natural geography and regional industry structure, southeast area relative to the northwest of Chengdu land use benefits at higher levels, but in the process of land use factors of production input redundancy and waste of resources is invalid, the mode of land use and resource allocation structure needs to be improved. (3) The factors affect the level of land use benefits are diverse and complex, among them, the natural geography, regional location factor, social economic factors, and land policies are area of influence factors, is the main reason affecting land use efficiency.Finally, the summary based on the problems existing in the research of regional land use, putting forward the proposal in this paper as increased investment in production resources strength, improve the level of land use, adjust the industrial structure layout, improve the efficiency of production elements configuration, improve the guide and standardize the land use and to strengthen the government macroeconomic regulation and control ability, and implementation of land use dynamic assessment mechanism, deepen the application research of land use. In order to raising the level of future land use efficiency of Chengdu, offering some help to promote land intensive utilization.
