The Research On The Development Of Feng Long Bay International Eco-Tourism Town

The Cultural industries, the recycling economy, the ecological environment protection, the urban and rural orchestration, and the Yunnan bridgehead construction are the national development strategy of China. Therefore, from a tourism point, the active exploration of the tourism projects which highly fit with the national strategies is in need. At the same time, the "second pioneering" of the tourism in Yunnan Province and Kunming City demand for the support of composite major tourism projects. It can be seen from the background of tourism industry development that the new format of tourism has gradually become a hot spot for investment. The tourism complexes have ascended in large numbers.Consequently, the thesis firstly described the research background, significance, content, and methods. After that, on the base of the analysis on related basic theories: the tourism complex theory; the cluster theory of tourism industry; the tourism-oriented land development theory; the theory of sustainable tourism development, and the tourist area theory, combined with the analysis and lessons learned from the reference cases, including the Overseas China Town in East Shenzhen, the Guosetianxiang park in Chengdu, the Davos town in Switzerland, the Provence in France, and the Disneyland in Hong Kong, the thesis had a deep exploration on the background conditions of the development of Feng Long Bay International Eco-Tourism Town, including the overview of Feng Long Bay, the development background, conditions, statvis, and value. Finally the strategy layout of the development of Feng Long Bay International Eco-Tourism Town was proposed, including the development philosophy, development position, development strategy, overall layout, project construction, development mode, and the application for the project. At the end of the thesis, the author put forward the five countermeasures for the development of Feng Long Bay International Eco-Tourism Town:1. Insist the idea of ecology first;2. Achieve the double-win among the stakeholders;3. Establish the brand and distinguishing feature4. Overall plan the development of the interactive peripheral towns and villages.5. Set up the scientific plan of the stage construction, and also raised the future of the research prospects.
