The companyplans to personnel’s service quality requirements are very high, plan staff have to all of thecompany’s conditions and resources are very familiar with, otherwise it would be difficult toimplement the plan. To improve thecurrent situation, we need according to the customer demand to make production plan,establishment a system from the forward, from the bottom up, namely pull plan System. This paper first according to production process analysis and contrast therequirements of modern shipbuilding mode, put forward the current problems and applicationof MRP Ⅱ method corresponding planning. Secondly toanalysis the productions plan system.By analyzing large, medium and small schedules, straighten out line table plan, carryingnetwork, first, before the schedule and the tray production schedule of the inner link between,and points out the significance of the plan and the affected factors, clear functional demand,preliminary modeling and database design, and preliminary design relevant code. Finallyreflect system implementation and effect.Based on the above discussion and research, define the plan system internal relations, the use of production planning system planning organization production, the implement of leanproduction, reduce the shipbuilding process unnecessary waste, shorten production period,and enhance efficiency to reduce cost.
